Recently one my sons needed two sympathy cards. Having a need for one card is bad enough, needing two is just two too many. So, I turned to the very versatile Forever Fern stamp set to make a couple of cards.
To make this card, I stamped the sentiment in Old Olive ink on a piece of Very Vanilla card stock. The sentiment is from Peaceful Moments. Then I stamped around the outside of the card stock with one of the leaf images in Old Olive. To lighten the color, I stamped off once before stamping on the card stock.
I then stamped around with the splatter stamp from Forever Fern in Mossy Meadow ink. I added a backing of Old Olive card stock and adhered all to a Thick Very Vanilla card base.
