Expressions In Color

 Hello everyone!

Expressions In Color is the Paper Pumpkin kit for June.  I was really looking forward to this kit's arrival because it coordinates with the beautiful Expressions in Ink Designer Series Paper.  While that paper has been out of stock for the past few weeks, it is due in later this week.

When my kit arrived I tore right into it to look at all the goodness inside.  Here are the cards I made mostly following the instructions provided.

In addition to the lovely colors, the vellum pieces in the kit are superstars!  The kit makes 9 cards, three of each design shown above.

Evergreen Elegance

All Squared Away

 Hi everyone!

I pulled out the All Squared Away bundle for today's card.  If you haven't seen this one, look on page 117 of the Stampin' Up! annual catalog.  This is a great bundle for making quick and easy cards.

My card base is Thick Basic White cardstock.  The next layer is a piece of Evening Evergreen cardstock topped with a panel of Basic White cardstock.  I die cut the flower image from a piece of Evening Evergreen patterned paper from the 2021-2023 In Color 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper Assortment.  I die cut a flower from a piece of Polished Pink cardstock and using Tombow glue, I attached it to the flower die cut and adhered the entire die cut to the Basic White panel.  I stamped the greeting in Evening Evergreen ink.

Watercolor Shapes

 Hi everyone!  

I try to create a wide variety of projects to share with you using many different stamp sets and products.  Today I'm using the very fun Watercolor Shapes stamp set.  Use all the stamps, or just a few; shades of the same color or many colors and your results will be unique every time!

For the card above, I used all the shapes.  And the colors used are Polished Pink, Misty Moonlight, Bermuda Bay, Bumblebee, Calypso Coral, and Granny Apple Green.  The sentiment is from Big Wishes.

For my second card, I used only the circle shapes.  Ink colors are Flirty Flamingo, Calypso Coral, and Poppy Parade.  The splatter and greeting are from Color & Contour.

For today's card, I went back to the All For Baby Bundle.  

I started with a base of Soft Succulent.  Using the Basic Borders Dies, I die cut the left side of the card base.  Then I added 2 strips of the Soft Succulent gingham pattern from Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper.  On a panel of Basic White cardstock die cut with Scalloped Contours Dies I stamped the baby onesie and greeting.  I added a sprinkling of Genial Gems to complete my card.
