Hi everyone!
I thought I'd do something a little different for today's card and I'm very pleased with how it turned out. I hope you like it too! And best of all, it was easy to do!
To create the background for my card, I sponged Fresh Freesia ink over the geometric mask pattern from Plenty of Patterns onto a piece of Basic White cardstock. I only covered about half of the panel. The un-inked edge was die cut with the scalloped die from the Peony Dies. On a scrap of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the flower and greeting. The flower was colored with Stampin' Blends and die cut with the peony die from the same die set. The sentiment was die cut from the Hippo & Friends dies. To complete the card I added a Fresh Freesia bow to the peony.
I challenge you to pull out a technique you haven't used in a while and try it again!
