CAS-ing the Catalog - Wrapped In Plaid

The Stampin' Up! Catalogs are chock full of product samples.  And Stampin' Up! encourages us to make those samples on our own.  We can make them as they are shown, or change them up.  Both options are called "CAS-ing".  Copy and selectively edit - or - copy and share everything.  I used the "copy and share everything" option for today's card.

Christmas Gift Card Holders

The blog is on "auto-pilot" for the next several days.  DH and I will be leaving soon for a few days in Las Vegas so I can attend Stampin' Up!'s OnStage next weekend.  While I'm there I'll see a lot of new products that will be introduced for Occasions and Sale-a-bration starting in January!  I will get my own copies of the new catalogs and get to bring some some of the new products.  Woohoo!  I can't wait to start sharing them with you!  I don't know about you, but I love new catalog time!  Speaking of the new catalog, if you haven't ordered from me in a while, please consider doing so in the next couple of weeks so I can send you the Occasions and Sale-a-bration catalogs. 

As many of you know, I'm in the middle of the fall craft shows.  So I've been up to my eyeballs creating products for the shows.  Thankfully customers have been very enthusiastic about my products so far.

Wrapped In Plaid Christmas

The beautiful Wrapped In Plaid 6" x 6" Specialty Designer Series Paper isn't just about plaid.

The reverse sides of the papers are also beautiful!  I used one of those for the background on today's card.

To create the image panel, I used a square of Whisper White card stock and stamped a tree image around the outside of the square using the Silvery Shimmer Delicata Metallic Ink Pad.  I used that same ink to stamp the greeting on a spare piece of Whisper White card stock that was cut out using the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  All panels are bordered with Night of Navy card stock.  I used the Sprig Punch and the Leaf Punch and the Silver Foil for the accents.  A few Metallic Pearls were added to finish off the card.

Night Before Christmas

No time to make your own Christmas cards this year?  Not so fast!  Stampin' Up! to the rescue with the Night Before Christmas Memories & More Card Pack, and the coordinating Cards & Envelopes!

The Night Before Christmas Memories & More Card Pack includes 54 double-sided cards (6 each of 9 designs) and 6 sticker sheets.  The Night Before Christmas Memories & More Cards & Envelopes has 20 card bases and coordinating envelopes. 

Add a little adhesive (Snail, Dimensionals, or Glue Dots) and your cards will be ready to send in no time! 

I made up 10 cards.  Only one has any stamping at all.  I added stickers to a couple, a border on a couple more, and to one I added a ribbon.  Here's a look at each of the cards I made.
