I participated in a small swap as part of the virtual workshop I "attended" at the end of January. For our swap, each participant made 10 of the same card. (I make 11 so I can keep one for myself). We sent our cards into the swap coordinator and in return got back 10 cards made by other swap participants! This week I'll share the swap card I submitted as well as those I received.
My card features elements of the Sand & Sea Suite. To make my card I started with a card base of Seaside Spray. Next I added a panel, also Seaside Spray, and embossed with the Seashells 3D Embossing Folder. To a piece of Sahara Sand cardstock, I added 4 - 1 inch strips of Sand & Sea Designer Series paper. After adding Linen Thread wrapped around the panel and tied in a bow, I attached the panel with Dimensionals. The greeting, from the Friends Are Like Seashells stamp set, is stamped in Seaside Spray. I added a sand dollar from the same stamp set stamped in Sahara Sand and stamped off once as a background. The greeting panel was die cut with a die from the Tasteful Labels Dies.
