Spooky! A Halloween Banner

Soon after the Holiday Catalog was released, my upline had a banner making workshop to make the Halloween Banner kit.  We added a few embellishments not included in the kit, but the majority of what you see below is from the kit.  The supplies included with the kit are more than enough to complete the banner with nothing else added!

A couple tips for when you make your own banner:
-use a product similar to Ailene's to add a temporary adhesive to the stencils to help keep them in place on your banner panels.
-use daubers for applying color to the banner panels.
