Wetlands meets Soho Subway!

I was playing with random scraps of paper sitting on my messy work desk the other day, and out of those random scraps came the idea for this card.  I have to say, I never thought I would use that DSP with the Wetlands stamp set, but I like the outcome.  I also made a coordinating envelope for that card using the Envelope Punch Board.  Hope you enjoy!
