An Oldie but Goodie - Updated!

Hi everyone!

A potential customer asked me to make her a sample of gift card holder that lifts the card up when it is opened.  I pulled out this favorite, made an updated sample and sent it off to her.  I thought I would share it with you here.  Sometimes we forget about the older designs, and it's nice to have a reminder from time to time!

Brighter Days

Hello stampers!

It was a rough start to the day for Stampin' Up! and it's customers with the computer issues!  I am happy to report that they are all now resolved and several of you have successfully placed your orders!  Brighter days are coming!

Birthday Celebration

Hello Stampers!

Wednesday is the big day!  The Occasions catalog begins.  And, Sale-a-bration begins!!!  It's a 3 month  party!   Woohoo!!!

The beginning of the year also begins the rush of family birthdays....starting right away!  And, by the time January gets here, my birthday stash has been seriously depleted.  So, first up, a card for a 20-something male.  (It's so hard for me to make a card for that group...what about you?)  Here is what I came up with.

I love this big, bold greeting from the Big on Birthdays set, but the flowers attached to this stamp wouldn't work for my recipient.  So, I didn't ink them up.  I also sponged around the edge of the designer series paper to add more of a masculine touch.

Personalized Note Cards

Hi everyone!

Over the "break", one of the projects I worked on was some personalized note cards.  I like to keep them on hand so I can grab one for some personal correspondence.  I have remained friends over the years with a couple of folks that don't communicate much electronically, they much prefer a hand-written note, so these are perfect for them.  And, we all love to send cards, right?
