I stamped the hibiscus flower image in Staz On on Shimmery White card stock. Then I used Berry Burst, Mango Melody, Old Olive, and Lemon Lime Twist to color the flower image with Aqua Painters. Then I went over the flower with Wink of Stella to add more sparkle. I didn't buy the dies for this set, so I cut out the flower using snips.
The flower was attached with Dimensionals to another panel of Shimmery White card stock cut out with the Rectangle Stitched Framelits Dies and colored with a watercolor wash of Pool Party. The sentiment is stamped in Staz On.
The background panel and accent strip are from the Animal Expedition Designer Series Paper pack.
