Sleigh Ride

Hello Stampers!

 I have a really fun project to share with you today!  This idea has been popping around in my head for a while now.  So, over the weekend I decided to get it out of my head and make it!  I'm very pleased with the way it turned out.  I hope you like it, too!

 This project was framed with an 8-1/2" x 11" budget frame I picked up at Ikea.

Acorny Thankful

Hello Stampers!

 Stampers near and far are planning and working on their holiday creations.  This stamper included.  But, it's important to me to not lose site of the November holiday - Thanksgiving.  So, mixed in with all the holiday projects you will see over the next several weeks, there will be several cards of gratitude and thankfulness.  Starting with today's card.

Wonder of Christmas Medley

Hi everyone!

 It was a gorgeous day today in Southwestern Pennsylvania!  The temps were in the upper 70's with brilliant sunshine.   What a way to start off November!  DH and I worked really hard today to get all the Halloween decorations put away for another year.  He on the outside, me on the inside.  I'm sure tomorrow we will find something that was overlooked.  Do you ever do that?  I do it with every holiday!

Now, on to my card,  This card came about quite by accident.  I had the two elements sitting on my desk,  As I was staring at the watercolor angel, I was thinking about how I wanted to display her.  I ended up combining the two elements for my card and I'm pretty happy with the results.  Had I intended this all along, my color choices probably would have been different, but I like it none-the-less.
