Holiday Reminders and a Sneak Peek!

As we get closer to Christmas, the deadline for purchasing Christmas gifts that need to be shipped is quickly approaching.  So, let's take a minute to review - and talk about fast approaching dates - and some alternatives.  And don't miss the new catalog sneak peek toward the end of this post.

Stampin' Up! has posted an order cut off date for the US of December 14 in order to receive your order in time for Christmas.  However, order processing is currently taking several days longer than normal.  So my advice is that is you want a product for Christmas, order sooner rather than later!  (And don't forget to have a look at the Last Chance Products and Clearance Rack for some great buys!). Shop my online store!

I also have a couple of alternative ideas for your consideration.

1.  Gift Certificate - I offer gift certificates that can be used to purchase merchandise from my online store.  Reach out to me to start the process.  I will include a special envelope for your certificate and will ship to you or meet for pickup.  (Note:  this works for you as well if you have Stampin' Up! products on your wish list, just pass my email address along to your loved one!). Reach out to me here

2.  Kits Collection - Whether for a gift for someone, or a holiday family or friends activity, consider a kit from the Stampin' Up! Kits Collection!  I have many of the kits in stock and can ship them directly to you!  You can find the available kits from Stampin' Up! here.  Note: The kits I have in stock are:  Notes of Cheer, Timeless Greetings, A Million Thanks, Christmas Whimsy, Love, Santa Tag Kit, Christmas Gifting Tag Kit, Love This Memory Notebook Kit, Birthday Card Organizer, Robot Buddies, The Best Remedy, and Cozy and Bright.

3.  Paper Pumpkin - When you purchase a pre-paid Paper Pumpkin subscription (available as a 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, or 12 month length subscription), Stampin Up! will send you a code by email immediately that you pass along to the recipient to use to start their subscription.  And I will send you (by email) a certificate you can print to give the recipient!

4.  Adhesive kit - I have several adhesive kits available.  Each kit comes in a clear vinyl bag with a zipper closure and includes 1 pack of Stampin' Dimensionals, 1 roll of Tear 'n' Tape, 1 Stampin' Seal, 1 box Mini Glue Dots, 1 bottle Tombow Liquid Glue, and 1 adhesive remover.  The cost of each is $30.00, plus shipping.

(All purchases or orders of one of the above, or your Stampin' Up! order placed through my online store between now and December 24 will receive a sampler of the new Dandy Designs Designer Series Paper available during Saleabration!)

And finally, the January - April 2023 Mini Catalog is coming really soon!  If you would like me to send you a copy of the catalog, complete this form.

Now, how about a sneak peek from that upcoming catalog?  This card uses the new Something Fancy bundle and new Fancy Flora 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper!

Please use the host code for November WBCHVVMU when ordering.   If your order is more than $150.00, do not use the code.  Doing so would forfeit your earned hostess benefits.  However, you will still receive this month's order bonus from me.

I am grateful for you selecting me as your Stampin' Up! demonstrator.  Thank you!  If there is ever anything I can do for you, please just let me know.

Make it a stamp-tastic day!

Melanie

Angels of Peace

 Hi everyone!

Before I officially begin my "Christmas break", I have one more holiday card for you.  I love the Angels of Peace stamp set in the fall mini so I used it for today's card.

To make my card, I stamped the angel in Basic Gray on Basic White card stock and colored her with Stampin' Blends.  When dry, I added Wink of Stella to the dress and wings.  I stamped the greeting from the For Unto Us stamp set also in Basic Gray on Basic White card stock and die cut it with the Seasonal Labels dies.  My card base is Basic Gray card stock, with a layer of Polished Pink card stock.  I added a layer of Smoky Slate card stock that was embossed with the Merry Melody 3D embossing folder.  I sponged some Basic Gray ink around the edges.

The supplies to recreate my project are shown below.  Clicking any one of the product pictures will take you directly to my online store.

And now I'm off for a little down time!  I'm going to enjoy the holidays with my family and hope you do the same!  I'll be back January 3, 2022!  Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas!

Please use the host code for December ZQSSTGDX when ordering.

Christmas Tags 2021

 Hi everyone,

I'm just about finished with all my pre-holiday tasks.  How about you?

This past Friday I made some Christmas Tags during my Facebook Live using a variety of Stampin' Up! products.  Some were cased, some were my own creations.

If you missed the Live, but would like to see how the tags were made, you can view the video here.

Please use the host code for December ZQSSTGDX when ordering.

Beautiful Baubles

I know when I participate in a blog hop some of you don't receive that post.  So, if you think you may have missed the hop, click here to start the hop.  There are some great projects to be seen!

For today's card, I used the Beautiful Baubles bundle.  I stamped the image twice and used the thinlit on one of the images to cut out each of the small ornaments.  Mini Dimensionals were used to pop up the small ornaments.  I used the 2 large circle thinlits to cut the decorative frame from the Merry Merlot glimmer paper.  The greeting was cut out using the Stitched Label Framelits.  All stamping was done in Gray Granite.

Hearts Come Home

If you missed my Facebook post earlier on Monday, the Clearance Rack has been updated.  There are still a lot of great bargains available, so check them out.  Remember, Clearance Rack items are available only while supplies last!  (The broken link on the Shop Now button on the right has been fixed.)

While scrolling through Pinterest one day last week, I fell in love with a card I saw created by Leonie Stuart.  So, I cased ('copy and selectively edit') her card and this is my version!  I love how well the three stamp sets used here work together to create this card.  I also used the new Stitched Rectangle Thinlits here.  I know you will have to add them to your collection.

Stylish Christmas - Season's Greetings

The Stylish Christmas stamp set has some beautiful images.  I used several of them to create today's fun fold card.  These go together quickly, and if you are behind in making your cards (like me), they are easy to mass produce.  I used Poppy Parade and Garden Green to stamp my images.  I used my Snips to cut out the poinsettia and holly leaves.  The poinsettia is set off with Dimensionals.  A Gold Faceted Gem is added to the center of the flower.  I had a small scrap of designer series paper from Santa's Workshop (sold out) that I used for the panel on the left.

This is a view of the card from the outside.

And this is a view of the inside.
