Happy Valentine's Day - 2019

Procrastinators, relax!  I have a couple of quick and easy Valentine's Day projects to share.

First up, here are some cards I made up with spare pieces from the January Paper Pumpkin kit, the All My Love Designer Series Paper pack, ribbon, and card stock.

Next, I decorated some pillow boxes with a couple of hearts and a ribbon.  Cute, easy, and for the recipients of these boxes, just perfect.

Coming Friday, three brand new products for Sale-a-bration!  I be back tomorrow to share more about them.  I know you're going to love them all!!!

Meant To Be Valentine

Last week I shared a card with a die cut butterfly created from a panel made with Brusho.  At the same time I created the "blue panel", I made a "red panel" using Shimmer paper.  And I used framelits to cut out several images.  Take a look.

And here's a Valentine I made using some of those images.

The solid hearts are the inserts from the cut-out hearts.  I used a piece of Designer Series Paper from Petal Promenade for the background.  I love how well the Stampin' Up! products all work so well together!

Happy Valentine's Day

I received my Stampin' Up! order with the remainder of my products for Valentine's Day late last week.   I couldn't wait to break into that box and make a card!  Today's card is the result.

I used the All My Love Designer Series Paper and the Meant To Be bundle to create my card.

Animal Outing Meets Meant To Be

The Paper Pumpkin kits for January were processed late last week and are on their way to subscribers.  I know that this month's kit will make Valentine's Day treats and coordinates with the Animal Outing products.  So, I decided to combine the Animal Outing and Meant To Be stamp sets to create this sweet little valentine.  You know, my own take on combining Animal Outing with Valentine's Day.

I knew I wanted to use the Grapefruit Grove foil paper from the Sale-a-Bration catalog for my border and accent pieces.  But what "Valentine-y" color would go with that Grapefruit Grove foil?  I checked my Color Coach (available to demonstrators from Stampin' Up!) and found that Merry Merlot is a recommended color.  While I would have never thought to combine Merry Merlot and Grapefruit Grove, I gave it a try.

I created a watercolor wash with Merry Merlot for the background on my image panel.  The banner of hearts is from the Be Mine Stitched Framelits.  The rhino/bird image is from Animal Outing and colored with Stampin' Blends.

Here is the product list needed to recreate my card:

Would you like to receive a copy of the updated Color Coach?  I will send a copy of the Color Coach to everyone that places an order designating me as your demonstrator between today and February 10, 2019.
