Hello Stampers,

Are you anxiously awaiting the arrival of your order from the new catalog?  I am!  But I sprang for expedited shipping, so the first of my 2 orders will be delivered on Friday!!!  Oh, happy day!  Unfortunately, a lot of it will be unpacked and re-packed for next week's big move.

I used the new Pineapple stamp (141746 ) stamped in Emerald Envy (#141396) and Delightful Dijon (#138327).  I snipped the pineapple and adhered it to a piece of DSP from the Affectionately Yours DSP (#141632).  "Cheers" is from the retiring Greetings Thinlits.  The card front is attached to a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock (#120953).

Affectionately Yours

Hello stampers!

And hello Memorial Day weekend!  While enjoying the long weekend, I hope you'll take a minute to reflect on the reasons we celebrate this holiday and give thanks for those that have given the ultimate sacrifice for us.

As is the norm here, at the end of the week I share a card from my very talented sister,  Today is no exception.  Her card is a sneak peek card using products from the Affectionately Yours product suite from the new catalog.  Stamp set, DSP, embossing folder, and washi tape.  All from the same coordinating product suite.

Sneak Peek - Swirly Bird Birthday

Hi everyone,

Well, it didn't take long!  I've found one of my favorite bundles from the new catalog!  The stamp set is Swirly Bird and the thinlits are Swirly Scribbles.  I know you'll want to add this bundle to your wish list!  My card also features two of the new In Colors - Flirty Flamingo and Peek-a-boo Peach.  So fun and fresh!  The greeting for my card is from All About Everything, from the April Paper Pumpkin kit.

Dahlia in Watermelon Wonder

Hello stampers!

Happy Mother's Day!  My weekend was wonderful!  I was spoiled by DH and my wonderful sons all weekend long!  In addition, I was able to find a little time for crafting as well!  Woohoo!  My kind of weekend!

I love the dahlia in the Definitely Dahlia set.  I stamped it on a piece of  Whisper White cardstock in Watermelon Wonder and snipped it out.  I added Wink of Stella in clear to the petals.  The leaves are from the Remarkable You set.  They are stamped in Mossy Meadow on Mossy Meadow carstock and snipped as well.  The flower and leaves are adhered to a piece of Everyday Chic DSP with Dimensionals.  A piece of Watermelon Wonder cardstock is adhered to a Thick Whisper White cardstock base.

You Are

Hello stampers!

I worked from home on Thursday because I had a dentist appointment and his office is close to home. I was gone less than one hour.  While I was gone, two things happened.
  1.  The price of gas went up $.35 / gallon
  2.  Mr, Brown stopped at my house

I wasn't very happy about the first item.  I planned to fill up on my way home!  But, when I got home and saw that box, I was giddy with excitement!

That box had my preorder from Stampin' Up!  Here's a sneak peek at what was in the box.

Woo hoo!  It's supposed to rain here Saturday night and Sunday - I hope it does!!!  I want to play!  I can get back to packing next week.  This week, there are new toys that must be checked out!
