Faux Metal Embossing

Greetings stampers!

On Tuesdays, Stampin' Up! demonstrators receive a weekly newsletter via email with samples, instructions, techniques, and various other tidbits that we can use in our businesses.  This morning, Stampin' Up! published a very cool technique video that was distributed to demonstrators in our weekly newsletter.  I can't wait to try this technique for myself - and I'm sure you will want to give it a try as well!

Hello stampers,

At the end of August, I took part in a holiday catalog swap with several other Stampin' Up! demonstrators.  The idea behind a swap is that each participant makes a specific number of the same card and then receives that same number of different cards in return.  Not only is this a great way to see different styles for making cards, but also cards using sets that the demonstrator many not own (yet).  The idea is that we then share our cards with you.  Today and tomorrow I am sharing the two cards I made for the swap.  First up, is the Halloween card I made.
