In The Pines - Be Merry

I'm such a traditional gal when it comes to Christmas.  I almost didn't share this card with you because of it's non-traditional colors.  But, the longer it sat on my desk, the more I like it.  So, I figured 'why not'?  Other people may also like the non-traditional colors with the traditional Christmas card!  This is one of the make & takes from the virtual training I participated in a few weeks ago.  Tell me what you think.  Yes or no?

My card base in Cinnamon Cider card stock.  The background pieces are attached to the card base with strips cut from the Foam Adhesive sheets.  I used an Adhesive Sheet adhered to a piece of Whisper White card stock before cutting out the intricate tree image.  Then I peeled the backing off the tree and layered the cut out image it a solid tree image.  The sentiment is from Banner Year and stamped in Cinnamon Cider ink.  The ends of the tag were created with the Banner Pick A Punch.  I adhered the tree and banner to the card front with Dimensionals.  I added a Stitched Star cut out of Brushed Metallic card stock and finished it off with a bow from the Basket Weave and Metallic Ribbon Combo Pack.  Finally, I sprinkled a few All The Trimmings Embellishments across the front to complete the card.

Announcements:

If you've been thinking about joining Stampin' Up! - whether to build a business, or strictly for the discount - this could be the promotion for you!  Many people, including me, started out just to receive the discount.  But I love Stampin' Up! and sharing their amazing products and it kind of evolved from there.

  • In addition to the regular starter kit (for $99 USD, new demonstrators choose $125 USD worth of products), the new demonstrator will also receive enough cardstock pieces to make 16 cards, a pack of Rhinestone Basic Jewels, the So Much Love stamp set, and the Queen Anne’s Lace stamp set—all for their first event or personal card-making needs.
  • 8 packs of precut cardstock of the coastal cabana pack will be provided, and 8 packs of precut cardstock of the Granny Apple Green pack, for a total of 16 cards (packs include envelopes). The new demonstrator can choose what samples to replicate and how to distribute the packs to their customers.
  • Important note: Ink, adhesive, cutting tool, and clear block for stamping must be purchased separately. However, these products may be included as part of the Starter Kit product selection.

All future purchases will receive a minimum discount of a 20%.  And, after you sign up and select your kit, you will have until the end of December to decide if Stampin' Up! is for you.

Reach out to me with your questions.  Or if you're ready to sign up, starting on September 1, click here to take advantage of this amazing offer.

The host code for September is A46APBFD.   Please use this code when placing an order when your order is less than $150.00. If your order is over than $150.00, do not use the code.  Doing so would forfeit your earned hostess benefits.  You will still receive this month's ordering bonus from me.

As always,  let me know if there is anything I can do for you!

Happy Stampin'
