Cheers to the New Year

Hi there stampers,

Happy New Year!

I made a card to share with you today, and then a couple of days later, I saw a variation that I love, so back to the craft room to make the second card shown.

I used the same metallic paper, the same Designer Series Paper, and the same stamp set, but ended up with two completely different cards.  I love it!  And of course, since these cards use quite of  bit of metallic paper, it's very difficult for me to get an image that show how pretty they are in person!

Which do you like better?

Almost a New Year!

Greetings!

For the past several years my very talented sister has made desk calendars.  She has a wide group of loyal customers that can't wait to get their hands on the next year's edition.  Fortunately, I get one every year as a gift.  I don't even look through the months when I get my new calendar....I wait to be surprised every month!

There are individual pages for each month.  Each is on a 4 x 6 inch card stock and intended to be mounted on a 5 x 7 card stock with temporary adhesive and displayed in an acrylic stand up frame.  The top half of the 4 x 6 had a stamped image and the bottom half is the calendar.  Today she sent us a sneak peek of several months from the 2018 calendar!
