Christmas in July

Hello stampers!

 I have my first Christmas card of the season for you today!  It's hard to believe that Christmas is less than 6 months away!

 And speaking of Christmas, the Stampin' Up! holiday catalog will be here before you know it.  If you have ordered from me since the first of the year, I have ordered a catalog to be sent to you.  They should arrive mid to late August.

If you have not placed an order, and would like to receive a catalog, let me know and I will get one out to you.

 Back to today's card.  This one is a really quick and easy card, and is a good one to "mass produce".

Under the Tree DSP and a video


Hi everyone!

 One of my favorite products from the Holiday Catalog is the Under the Tree DSP.  This paper is a heavier weight craft paper.   It's easy to use, and is very sturdy when using with the new framelits!

 Here is a video from Stampin' Up! featuring the Under the Tree DSP!

And here are a couple of my favorite projects using Under the Tree DSP.

Grateful for You - PP222 and FMS162

Hi there!

 Hope you had a wonderful weekend!  We had a snowy Sunday here in Missouri.  It didn't cause any bad roads by me and was lovely to watch.  But, I hope that's the end of it!

 I had some time to stamp over the weekend and as I looked through the current challenges and found 2 that I wanted to incorporate into today's card.

 First is The Paper Players, PP222 and the second is Freshly Made Sketches, FMS162.

 The Paper Players challenge is a theme sketch, a clean and simple Thank You challenge.  That's very fitting for this time of year.  And the Freshly Made Sketches challenge is a sketch challenge.

Ornamental Pine

Hi everyone!

 This week is speeding by!  I spent the last hour of my work day yesterday working with my team to paint our airplane made from construction pink foam.  On Friday we have a competition to see how far our planes will fly.  While ours looks like a stealth bomber, personally, I think it will fly like a lead balloon. LOL!

 I sure hope my card today is a bigger success than that plane will be!  This is the second card I make for the first swap.  I love the Ornamental Pine set.  The front edge of the stamped panel is shaped with one of the oval collection framelits.

Grateful


Hello!

It's back to work today for me.  Although, since DH is taking today off, I'm only going to work 4 hours.  That's my kind of work day!  I know I'll pay for working 4 hours today the rest of the week.
