To commemorate their 25th year, Stampin' Up! is offering a new "Best of" set every month.  Each set sells for $14.95 and is available as a clear mount set.  The best of set for August is the Best of Halloween.  This set has some of my favorite Halloween stamps from Stampin' Up!.
