Friendly Conversation With A Sentimental Rose

A couple of weeks ago, a fellow demo posted a card on Facebook using a stamp set I didn't remember seeing previously.  But I loved the message.  So, I looked it up and placed an order that morning.  It was delivered last week.  The next day, my Paper Pumpkin kit for April was delivered.  I will share that kit (and an alternative card) tomorrow.  Today, I'm sharing a card I made with the gorgeous rose image from the Paper Pumpkin and the sentiment from that had-to-have stamp set.

The rose image from the Paper Pumpkin kit is stamped all over a piece of Whisper White card stock to create the background.  The sentiment, which I love, is stamped on another piece of Whisper White card stock and cut out with the Stitched Rectangle dies.  The color of the card is the retiring Berry Burst.  The sentiment, from Friendly Conversation, is also retiring.  Regardless, this stamp set will stay on my shelf for a long time.  It applies to so many of the special people in my life.
