Sweet Cups

Last week I shared a photo on my Facebook page, Stamp With Melanie, of this in progress project.

I finished the design that was in my head.

I made my Sweet Cup into a mini gift cup and gift card holder for Mother's Day.

These can be customized for many different types of events and can be made with or without the gift card holder in the back.  The 1" Circle Punch makes a great finger grip to pull out the gift card.

I didn't take a photo, but the entire back panel is covered in white card stock for adding a personal message.

This cup has a chap stick and a hand sanitizer.  I plan to put chocolates in others.

Geared Up Garage - Sneak Peek

While at OnStage last month, we had the opportunity to make several make & takes using products from the new Occasions and Sale-a-bration catalogs!  I have to tell you, a sight to see is thousands of demonstrators in line to use a fraction of that many Big Shots.  That said, it was all very peaceful with no rioting, pushing, or shoving!  Just kidding.  While we did have share only a few Big Shots, while standing in line it was a good time to meet other demonstrators.  Anyhow, today's project is one of those make & takes.  I was so excited to see this product line.  It will be perfect for so many of us for those challenging guy cards!

Here is a look at what we made:

Yes, it's a little early for Father's Day, but just think, for a change I'm going to be ahead of the game!  This little pizza box will become a sweet little gift card holder.

And here's a look at several products in the Classic Garage Suite:

In addition to the stamp set, thinlits, and designer series paper, there is coordinating ribbon (shown on the pizza box), and some adorble "metal elements".

September Blog Hop

I hope you are enjoying our Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrators Blog Hop featuring Halloween projects. Fellow demonstrators from all over the globe are participating so we have a wide array of fun projects to share with you! You may have arrived from Sandy Ward's blog. She had a fabulous project!
I decided to use Trick or Tweet for my projects.  I created three 3 x 3 notecards and a little treat box.

Let's take a closer look at each of them.

I love the images in this set!  They are perfect for fun projects!
Please add a comment and let me know what you liked about my design.

Thanks for hopping with us. Now click on the next image to zoom to Elizabeth Green's  blog to see what fun ideas she designed.

All the supplies used in my design can be ordered through my online store or by clicking on one of the images below.
If you don't already have a Stampin' Up! demonstrator and are in the USA, I would be happy to have you join my (your team name here) team. Click Contact above to get the conversation started. Thanks for stopping by today and enjoy the hop!

Frights & Delights

Yipee and hooray!  My September Paper Pumpkin kit was delivered on Saturday!  This month's kit is perfect for small treats for the ghosts and goblins that will be visiting soon -- or for co-workers and friends.  Each kit has enough supplies to make 24 treats.

If you are interested in making some of these, and live nearby, see below for details!
#########

Let's get together to make projects from the September 2018 Paper Pumpkin kit. These will be Halloween projects.

$5.00 fee for 4 treat bags, including candy. You can choose to purchase/make up to 3 sets of treat bags (12 total treat bags).

Paper Pumpkin is a monthly papercraft kit from Stampin' Up! Kit contents are a surprise, although from time to time, we have a hint as to what is coming.

Note: This meetup will be held on both Thursday September 20 at 7:00 PM and Saturday September 22 at 1:00 PM. When you send your RSVP, please let me know which day you will be attending and how many sets of bags you want to make.

I have enough supplies on hand to make 44 bags. Should enough people sign up to use up all supplies, I will order more, but the dates we meet will be a week later.
