Thankful - A Sampler for Fall

Hi there friends,

For a long time now, I've wanted to make a seasonal sampler.  This year the autumn products in Stampin' Up!'s product line convinced me that now is the time.  I used products from the following stamp sets to create the image panels:  Country Road, Country Home, Falling for Leaves, Many Blessings, and Buffalo Check.   The accent leaves are from the Seasonal Layers Thinlits. 

For those of you that are local to southern Allegheny County PA and the surrounding area, I am thinking of having a workshop to make your own sampler.  Let me know if you would be interested in something like this.

With a Grateful Heart

Today's card is more of a fall card - I'm hitting all the end of the year holidays this week.  I used products from Falling for Leaves bundle to create my card.  The Designer Series Paper for the background is from the Country Lane pack.

I ran the big leaf through the Corrugated Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and sponged the edges in Soft Suede.  The greeting panel is stamped in Blackberry Bliss and Crumb Cake and cut out using the Stitched Shapes Framelits.

Grateful Heart

Today is Day 1 of my week-long look at Sneak Peeks from the upcoming Fall and Holiday Catalog  Today's card uses the Falling For Leaves bundle.  There are many great images in this set along with coordinating thinlits that will make beautiful fall cards!

My card was created by adhering 4 equal size pieces of card stock in Pumpkin Pie, Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, and Tranquil Tide on a Crumb Cake mat.  I stamped the main leaf image in Versa Mark.  Using a piece of Granny Apple Green card stock, I stamped the leaf image in the same color, then stamped the greeting in black.  I sponged Tranquil Tide ink along the edges of the leaf.  I added some Metallic Pearls and 3/16" Braided Linen Trim to finish off the card.  The image panel was adhered to a Crumb Cake card base and the leaf was attached with Dimensionals.
