With a Grateful Heart

Today's card is more of a fall card - I'm hitting all the end of the year holidays this week.  I used products from Falling for Leaves bundle to create my card.  The Designer Series Paper for the background is from the Country Lane pack.

I ran the big leaf through the Corrugated Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and sponged the edges in Soft Suede.  The greeting panel is stamped in Blackberry Bliss and Crumb Cake and cut out using the Stitched Shapes Framelits.

Here are the supplies you will need to recreate this card:

Christmas Wishes

I know I haven't said much about it, but there is a limited time only pack of Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up! that you can get for free!  During September, when your personal or workshop order totals $250.00 USD or more, Stampin' Up! will add a package of  Dashing Along Designer Series Paper to your order at no charge!  This is in addition to the host benefits earned on that order.
Here is a picture of the papers available.  This paper pack can not be ordered, and will not be available after September 30, 2018.

Today's card uses the free Dashing Along Designer Series Paper, along with the Peaceful Poinsettia bundle.

I used to dies to cut out the image panel.  This particular die uses the negative space to create the image.  The designer series paper is adhered to a panel of Cherry Cobbler card stock embossed with the Subtle Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  I added some metallic pearls in Gold.  The greeting is stamped in Cherry Cobbler on Whisper White card stock.  I used the Layering Ovals Framelits to cut out the greeting and sponged some Cherry Cobbler ink around the edge with a sponge dauber.  The greeting is adhered with dimensionals and a bow from the 1/8" gold cord is attached below the greeting.  All are adhered to a card base of Cherry Cobbler card stock.

All in all, an easy but pretty card.

Batty Halloween

Stampin' Up! hit it out of the park with their Halloween products this year.  The papers, punches, dies, stamps, and embellishments all coordinate so nicely!  Take a look at today's card I created with the Spooky Sweets bundle and the Toil and Trouble Designer Series Paper.

After I created the image panel, I stamped the whispy cloud image in Smoky Slate.   I used the Spooky Bats Punch to punch three bats.  I popped them up on top of a matching image on the Designer Series Paper.  Then I used the 1 and 1-1/2" circle punches to punch out and frame the greeting.  I'm so pleased with the way this one turned out.

Frosted Floral Note cards

Hi there stampers!

Last week I posted about the Frosted Floral Specialty Designer Series Paper in the Holiday Catalog.  You can see that post here.  Today I'm sharing the other note cards I made with this gorgeous paper.  I'm disappointed that the beauty of the Frosted Floral paper does not show up well in photographs.  You can't see the beautiful sheen of the paper from a photo.  But when you hold it in your hand, it's so rich!
