Quick and cute last minute gift idea!

I have a very quick and cute last minute gift idea for today's post...courtesy of my very talented sister!  This can be adapted for any occasion. 

Adhere a strip of washi tape to a tealight candle (or two), wrap in tulle and tie a ribbon at either end.  Done!
How quick is that?

Stampin' Up announced the carryover items from the Holiday Catalog.  These items will be available until at least June 1, 2014.
