Good Monday evening from frosty St. Peters!  It was a pretty day here today, lots of sunshine, but oh so cold!!!  Hopefully this evening's card will evoke thoughts of sunshine and warmth!  I mounted the main panel a piece of the oh so popular Fancy Foil Designer Vellum.
